Buffet dinners are a great way to host larger gatherings. Buffet party service typically includes two starters, an entree buffet with a protein, salad, starch, side, bread, and two desserts, and is a great service for corporate events, engagement parties, birthdays, and other large gatherings. Pricing is simple and depends on the number of guests and number of food items chosen. You’ll reimburse for groceries for your chosen menu, so we’ll always focus on delivering top quality ingredients. Our service includes chefs and servers as needed for your crowd. We will be happy to suggest a list of bartenders you may contract with directly for your bar service. While we are happy to suggest some wonderful buffet dinner menus, you are free to customize the perfect menu for your event. Cocktail parties are great for larger gatherings when a filling dinner isn’t the main focus. These are great for gatherings for the holidays, engagement parties, corporate entertaining, and even tea parties. We’ve found that five savory food selections and two dessert bite selections make the perfect amount of food for most groups. We’ll take care of all the food prep, table set up, and clean up during and after the event. We will be happy to suggest a list of bartenders you may contract with directly for bar service.

We are happy to make your event easy to host and memorable. The cost of food is not included in the prices offered. Some of our more popular types of events and pricing is listed below, but please call to check availability and for a detailed quote. A 20% production fee applies to the service charge for all events (production does not apply to the grocery costs).

Includes pre-party planning, shopping, prepping, cooking, 2.5 hours of guest service, and clean up. Your party will be served by two chefs and a server (according to party size) to ensure excellent service.
Covers chafing dishes and serving platters for the serving table, disposable cocktail and dinner plates, cocktail and dinner napkins, and forks and knives and all equipment set up, take down, and transportation. (If non-disposable service ware is desired, we will assist in placing the rental order) The production cost also includes menu consultation and customization with a dedicated event planner, custom printed menu tent cards, and votive candles for the buffet table. Glassware is not included.
Food cost listed above is an estimate only, and will vary depending upon chosen selections. Client is responsible for all food costs for the event, and will be provided with copies of receipts. We maintain a priority on quality and freshness.
All alcohol and beverages will be provided by the client. A bartender is highly recommended for parties over twenty guests to assist in setting up the bar, serving clients drinks, bussing used beverage glasses, keeping the bar clean, disposing of empty bottles, and bar break down after your event. We will be happy to suggest a list of bartenders you may contract with directly.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your party date. The remaining 50% is due seven days prior to your event. Any last minute overages due to menu adjustments, guest counts, grocery costs, etc will be due on the first business day following your event.
Travel to locations outside the Perimeter or below I-20 will be calculated based on the standard IRS mileage rates of round-trip travel to and from our licensed catering kitchen at 3300 Marjan Dr, Atlanta GA 30340 for each chef or staff member travelling to your location. Availability to travel outside the Perimeter will vary based on schedules and location and may not be able to be accommodated. Hotel valet or parking fees will be charged as incurred.
If you feel your chefs went above and beyond to provide excellent service, feel free to tip them directly, or as a part of your final payment. Typical gratuity is around 15-20% of the service fee.
Atlanta Personal Chef Service requires a 50% deposit to reserve your date for a catered event. The remaining 50% of the service cost is due seven days prior to your event. The cost of the groceries and any remaining service charge is due on the first business day following your event. Payments can be made via credit card, which will be stored securely on file and charged for final payment following your event.
