Chef Breanne, a proud native of Brooklyn’s Crown Heights, began her culinary journey in the heart of her family’s kitchen. Surrounded by a rich tapestry of cultures and flavors, she cultivated a deep love for food, which evolved into a thriving business selling homemade meals throughout her community. Without formal culinary school training, Chef Breanne sought hands-on experience, apprenticing at several restaurants, including the esteemed Blue Elephant.
Currently, Chef Breanne serves as a chef lead with the Wolfgang Puck catering team in Atlanta, working under the mentorship of Executive Chef Enoch Roshan. His expertise in global spices and flavor profiles has profoundly influenced her approach to creating extraordinary dishes. Specializing in surf and turf and decadent pasta dishes, Chef Breanne masterfully blends traditional techniques with innovative flavors inspired by her Caribbean and Thai culinary roots.
Relocating to Atlanta two and a half years ago, Chef Breanne has continued to expand her culinary career, leveraging her entrepreneurial spirit while seeking new opportunities to grow both personally and professionally in the vibrant culinary scene. She is excited to be a part of the APCS team and provide tasty meals to local families.
