We’re happy to accommodate parties of any size, from two up to as many people as your space will hold. While we like to do most of the cooking on site to keep it as fresh as possible (and allow you to experience the show if you’d like), we also have our own licensed catering kitchen which allows us do prep work in advance. Our team of personal chefs develop a new sample menu for each season, and we are also happy to customize the perfect menu for any event. Full Service Dinner Party Pricing
Each gathering is unique, and our menus are customized accordingly. Full service dinner parties start at $100 per guest and Dinner for Two starts at $400 per couple for a three-course meal. Atlanta Personal Chef Service cannot sell alcoholic beverages, but we will be glad to pour and refill water and wine glasses during the dinner. The cost of groceries is not included in the prices offered. Prices may vary around holidays.

BEVERAGES
All alcohol and beverages will be provided by the client. APCS staff will be available to pour and refill water and wine glasses during the dinner. Wine pairings with each course will require an additional server at an additional $200 charge and must be booked in advance for smoothest service.
PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your dinner date. The remaining balance is due on the first business day following your dinner. Deposit may be made via credit card and card info will be securely stored for final payment.
TRAVEL FEE
Travel to locations outside the Perimeter or below I-20 will be calculated based on the standard IRS mileage rates of round-trip travel to and from our licensed catering kitchen at 3300 Marjan Dr, Atlanta GA 30340 for each chef or staff member travelling to your location. Availability to travel outside the Perimeter will vary based on schedules and location and may not be able to be accommodated. Hotel valet or parking fees will be charged as incurred.
GRATUITY
If you feel your chefs went above and beyond to provide excellent service, feel free to tip them directly, or as a part of your final payment. Typical gratuity is around 15-20% of the service fee.

Gift Certificates and Valentine’s Dinners must be paid in full in advance. Deposit payments may be made by credit card, and will be stored securely on file for final payment. Payments must be made in full at time of booking for reservations made within seven days of an event as well as for events taking place at rental homes or hotel suites.

Focused more on an in-home dinner than an elaborate evening with all the bells and whistles? Pick off our Fixed Menu, and receive a discount off our full-service menu pricing. This service does not include printed menus to adorn the table, a cheese board preparation for before the dinner, plates or candles, or menu customization. For all these extras, please select our full-service option.

FOOD COST*
Food cost listed above is an estimate only, and will vary depending on chosen menu. Client is responsible for all food costs for the event, and will be provided with copies of receipts. We typically shop at Publix, Kroger, or WholeFoods, and maintain a priority on quality and freshness.
KITCHEN & EQUIPMENT
Client must have a working kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, basic pots and pans, tables and chairs for all guests, and all table-service items (silverware, water & wine glasses, and plates).
