Born and raised in Brooklyn’s vibrant Crown Heights, Chef Breanna’s love for food began at home, where family meals were an event and flavor was the centerpiece. What started as a passion quickly became a calling — she began selling home-cooked meals to local businesses, families, and friends, turning her kitchen into the heart of her first entrepreneurial venture.
Determined to grow beyond the walls of her home kitchen, Chef Breanna sought training through apprenticeships at acclaimed restaurants, including the renowned Max Oyster. She went on to serve as a chef lead with Wolfgang Puck Catering in Atlanta, working under the mentorship of Executive Chef Enoch Roshan, whose mastery of global spices and techniques sharpened her own approach to bold, creative cooking.
Today with 5+ years of experience, Chef Breanna is known for her globally inspired cuisine, pairing classic techniques with imaginative, layered flavors specializing in all things veggie, poultry, game and seafood. Her menus often weave together Caribbean & Latin influences, all crafted to surprise and delight the palate.
Since relocating to Atlanta, Chef Breanna has continued to grow as a chef. Within the APCS team her mission is simple: to create food that connects people, tells a story, and turns every meal into an unforgettable experience.
