Chef Tina brings over 25 years of professional culinary experience across restaurants, hotels, and catering throughout the Southeast. A former Executive Chef and Culinary Director, she has led multi-million-dollar operations, mentored culinary teams, and created vibrant menus rooted in seasonal ingredients and thoughtful execution.
Raised in a large Italian family where food was a true love language, Tina developed her craft through hands-on training and real-world kitchen leadership. Her culinary strengths span Italian, American, French, Mediterranean, Asian flavors, and much of Latin cuisine, allowing her to tailor menus to a wide range of tastes.
She spent over 12 years working with acclaimed restaurateur Ford Fry and has participated in major culinary festivals including Food & Wine events in Austin, Atlanta, and South Beach, as well as Taste of Atlanta and the Landlocked Oyster Festival.
Now based in Atlanta, Tina is known for her creativity, warmth, and market-driven cooking style, drawing inspiration from fresh, seasonal produce. Whether preparing everyday meals or special occasions, she delivers thoughtful, elevated food with genuine hospitality.
