With 5 years of professional culinary experience and a philosophy grounded in the belief that food is medicine, Chef Jasmine brings nourishment, creativity, and heartfelt intention to every plate she creates.

Her passion for cooking was ignited by a documentary she watched with her mother that opened her eyes to the healing power of whole-food, plant-based cooking. That curiosity grew into a lifelong calling — one that still shapes her approach to every meal today.

Chef Jasmine built her skills in some of Atlanta’s most respected kitchens, serving as Jr. Sous Chef at both Rooftop LOA, where she crafted fine dining seasonal menus, and Planta Atlanta, where she led catering operations and team development. In 2023, she founded Chef Jas Official — a health-focused catering business born from community pop-ups that has grown to serve private retreats, birthday celebrations, and corporate events.

Known for her signature healthy comfort cuisine — bold Caribbean-inspired flavors, beautifully composed seafood, and wholesome ingredients — Chef Jasmine balances nourishment with satisfaction in every dish. She is also a holistic wellness advocate, weaving food education and nutrition into her culinary philosophy.
