With over 10 years of professional culinary experience, Chef Nathan brings refined technique, global influence, and heartfelt intention to every meal he prepares.
His passion for cooking was kindled in his early teens, shaped by a deep curiosity about wellness, nutrition, and the connection between food and the body. Growing up surrounded by rich cultural traditions, family cooking, and meaningful travel, Nathan began developing his own voice in the kitchen — one rooted in heritage and a genuine desire to nourish.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gastronomy from Universidad Anáhuac Querétaro and completed formal culinary training at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Querétaro, Mexico. His career spans private dining, catering, hospitality, menu development, and restaurant operations.
Chef Nathan’s cooking is globally inspired — drawing from international techniques and cultural traditions, with a strong foundation in Mexican flavors and holistic cuisine. He specializes in personalized menus tailored to each client’s lifestyle, dietary needs, and wellness goals. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of serving distinguished private clients, and has collaborated on acclaimed dining concepts at Atlanta establishments such as Pata Negra Mezcaleria, where he served as Executive Chef and Culinary Consultant.
For Chef Nathan, food is more than sustenance — it is connection, care, and intention. His greatest joy is helping people develop a deeper relationship with what they eat, guided by the belief that food can be medicine, and that a beautifully crafted meal is one of the most meaningful gifts we can offer one another.
