Chef Chase

With over 15 years of culinary experience and a decade of kitchen leadership, Chef Chase Smith brings a refined, globally inspired approach to every plate. 

His culinary journey began in a deli at age 16, sparking a passion that deepened in fine dining kitchens across the country—from Northern California and Charleston to Durham and now Atlanta. Notably, his early career included time at McCrady’s under acclaimed chef Sean Brock, where he absorbed the discipline and artistry that continue to shape his cooking today. Drawing influence from Mediterranean and Southeast Asian cuisines, Chef Smith centers his food around the freshest local ingredients and the spirit of each season. 

His greatest creative muse is his wife, who inspires many of his most heartfelt dishes. Outside the kitchen, he’s a classically trained guitarist and vocalist, a collector of spoons and Japanese knives, and a committed community servant—teaching kids to cook, volunteering in shelters, and fostering rescue dogs alongside his wife.
