With over 15 years of culinary experience and a decade in leadership, Chef Chase Smith creates globally inspired, seasonally driven dishes rooted in his fine dining background.

His career began at 16 and led him to renowned kitchens across the country, including McCrady’s under Sean Brock and Trophy Brewing in Raleigh. Drawing from Mediterranean and Southeast Asian flavors, Chef Smith focuses on fresh, local ingredients and thoughtful execution.

A certified ServSafe Manager with a background in biology, he’s passionate about hospitality, mentorship, and community service. Outside the kitchen, he finds inspiration from his wife, plays guitar, and fosters rescue dogs.
