Chef Greg

Hello my name is Gregory Blair and I have been a chef for 23 years. I started cooking for my Sister and myself, when I was eight years old. Staying with my grandmother most days ,the love for fresh produce from her garden, and down home cooking, sparked my interest to be a chef.

I’m a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. My cooking strengths are Mediterranean, Italian, and Asian cuisines. I love cooking for people and seeing their faces after they try my food. I have worked on Food Network sets, and have worked at 11 Hotels, and 11 different Country Clubs around the US.

I am a die heart Dallas Cowboy fan and a bucket list item of mine is to go to every arena and sports venue in the US. I look forward to making many more delicious meals for you soon. Until then take care!
