With over a decade of professional culinary experience, he has honed his craft across a wide range of cuisines, specializing in Italian, Japanese, Mexican, French, and American dishes. His approach centers on bold flavors, fresh seasonal ingredients, and the artistry of creating meals from scratch—whether it’s handmade pasta, fresh breads, or one-of-a-kind sauces.
A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, Nick has had the privilege of working at high-profile events such as Disneyland fundraisers and private gatherings for FIFA Women’s Soccer, as well as preparing meals for notable private clients. Despite these experiences, what he values most is the ability to create food that feels deeply personal—evoking memories of home, family, and meaningful moments.
