Chef Rosalyn 

 With over a decade of culinary innovation and leadership, Rosalyn is a seasoned chef, product developer, and food entrepreneur whose career spans corporate kitchens, movie sets, international product development, and custom catering. Blending Southern roots with global inspiration, Rosalyn is dedicated to creating inclusive culinary experiences that celebrate cultural diversity and exceptional flavor. 

Rosalyn has played a key role in culinary innovation and leadership across multiple ventures. At Coach Joe’s Enterprise in Clarkesville, GA, they focused on developing culturally inclusive food products, researching global cuisines, and promoting international culinary collaboration. Previously, Rosalyn led RJ Enterprise in Smyrna, GA as a caterer, baker, and meal prep specialist—overseeing high-end catering, custom menu design, staff training, and even contributing to movie set catering and client illustrations with their artistic touch. 

Rosalyn holds an Associate of Arts degree from The Art Institute of Atlanta, where they also studied Thai fruit and vegetable carving under celebrated chefs James Parker and Ray Duey. Their culinary journey has been shaped by mentorship from Certified Master Chefs Daryl Shular and Helmut Holzer, as well as pastry expert Chef Marin Woods. Additionally, Rosalyn studied advanced wedding cake design under Chef Mark Brickman. 

A published author, Rosalyn penned the cookbook Southern Sassy Cooking and was a Top 6 Finalist in Macy’s Guru Grill Off Competition, further showcasing their culinary creativity and expertise.
