Lexi was born in Orlando, Florida, and moved several times due to her father’s job with Unilever, eventually settling in Alpharetta, Georgia. Lexi cherishes Alpharetta as the place where she truly grew up. She began her career in the culinary industry as a Sales Coordinator at the St. Regis Atlanta and later became the Private Events Manager at Atlas Restaurant, where her true culinary experiences began. Lexi graduated from Jacksonville State University with a major in Liberal Arts and a minor in Communications. Her career includes roles at the St. Regis Atlanta, Atlas & The Garden Room, The Chastain, and Indie Studios, where she served as Director of Events & Hospitality.
Cooking nostalgic dishes, especially Italian and Cajun French cuisine, and recreating restaurant dishes are among Lexi’s favorite activities. She has a diverse palate, enjoying Italian, Seafood, Japanese, Southern, and Northern cuisine. Her favorite restaurant dish in Atlanta is the Cavatelli Bolognese from Grana. Family time is precious to Lexi, and she loves cooking, particularly baking fresh sourdough and planning meals for the week. She also enjoys spending time with her family and visiting her parents at Lake Lanier.
